Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may receive your name, company, business contact details, project information, drawings, photos and machining data.
How we use the information
We use the information to evaluate product availability, recommend candidate tooling, coordinate samples, prepare quotations and support ongoing industrial tests and supply.
Project confidentiality
End-user names, drawings and application information are treated as confidential project data. Public case studies are anonymized unless the relevant distributor or customer explicitly approves disclosure.
Service providers
The website may be hosted by a third-party platform such as Netlify. Form submissions and basic technical logs may therefore be processed by the hosting provider according to its own service terms.
Retention
We retain enquiry and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to support the commercial relationship, maintain technical traceability and meet legal obligations.
